DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS?

We offer competitive rates for all our storage units.  We keep our rates reasonable. Ask about pre-paid discounts:

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, checks, or money orders
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express

WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO RENT A SPACE?

Government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s License) is required.
Vehicle information (License plate and vehicle VIN number are required).
Vehicle/vessel proof of registration
Vehicle/vessel proof of insurance (Copy of insurance card or policy page).

WILL MY RATES INCREASE CONSTANTLY?

We keep our rates as low as possible. If the rates do increase we will give you at least 30 days’ notice. We offer prepaid discounted storage that will lock your rate in up to a year. If you have any questions about our rates we are happy to answer all your questions.

WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES CAN BE STORED?

All boats, all types RVs, jet skis, trailers, automobiles, and commercial vehicles.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?

Yes insurance is required on all stored vehicles / vessels as we do not insure the customer’s vehicle / vessel or other property.

IS YOUR FACILITY INSURED?

We have general liability insurance. You are responsible for insuring your property and belongings.

WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?  WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A GATE CODE?

If there is a storage space available for your needs, you may move in any time.  After your sign storage rental lease agreement is signed and your payment is received you will be given your gate code.

HOW MUCH NOTICE NEEDS TO BE GIVEN BEFORE I MOVE OUT?

We require a 30 day written notice before you move out.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Located of exit 42 in Troutman, we are located just minutes from many communities in the area.
